Client startup command descriptions

The following sections describe the OpenEdge startup commands in detail, in alphabetical order. Each section includes a table that shows the syntax of the command and other information about it. Following the table is a description of each parameter.

Note: In general, if the database is not in your current directory, you must specify the full pathname of the database. There are a few exceptions. See the description of the command you want to use for more information.
